Can I get subsidy for my health plan?

What is the ACA Health Plan? The Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as “Obamacare”, makes health insurance cheaper and more accessible for those under 65.

Who is eligible? If you are under age 65, you might qualify for subsidies to help pay for your monthly premiums based on certain criteria. In some cases, having an ACA health plan could even be cheaper than an employer's coverage plan, if your situation qualifies for that change.

Unfortunately, the ACA health plans are not available for veterans, as they have their own VA networks.
